What We Do

Our Services

The Village brings together people who need help staying in their own homes (Active Members) and those who want to help them do it (Volunteers, Supporting Members, and Donors). We offer social and cultural activities to connect members with one another. We sponsor educational programs of interest to the community at large. We act as an advocate for seniors.

We’ll be here for you…
  • When you need a driver for your shopping or trips to library, post office, bank
  • When you need a ride to or a companion for medical appointments
  • When you want to go to a meeting or a movie
  • When you need daily “check in” phone calls
Health care coordination for help when you really need it…

VNAActive Members can enroll in the Nurse Navigator Program sponsored by VNA Community Health Care. The Village has a VNA nurse specifically assigned to us. Active Members once enrolled in Our Nurse Navigator Program, can access the VNA 24/7 health hotline and after an “intake interview,” use the VNA as a central collection point for all medical data, including doctors and medications. The Nurse Navigator Program is offered at a discounted rate to Active Members of the Village.
